You can be happy, healthy, and amazing everyday. Start it off with these tips to insure your day is as badass, spectacular, and memorable as you are.

1) Wake up... and smile! I like to call it 'Smile Therapy,' many studies have proven that smiling increases endorphins, lowers stress levels, and makes you feel happier.

2) Drink your lemon water (or at least water)! Before coffee, tea, breakfast, or even yoga try drinking a glass of warm water with the juice of half a lemon squeezed into it. Lemons balance your pH levels making your blood more alkaline, are chock full of vitamin c, cleanse your digestive system, hydrate your lymphatic system, clear your skin, and have so many more benefits to the body. Get into this healthy habit to maximize your morning boost.

3) Get your love on. For yourself. Did you know that you believe 100% of the things you tell yourself? When was the last time you told yourself  "I love you"? Say it every morning! Believe it. You cannot love something about someone else unless it reflects something you love about yourself first. Do it. Love yourself now! 

4) Write it out. What are you grateful for this morning? Gratitude brings forth abundance and happiness in your life. It's not happy people who are thankful, it's thankful people who are happy. We have so much to be grateful for. Once you start to count your blessings, you'll see how many you truly have.  Thank you.
