“I just got back from Costa Rica where I attended a Yoga Retreats Worldwide week long retreat. I was a bit nervous since I was newer to yoga and a solo traveler. Jess and Gillian were more than amazing and I can honestly say I had the time of my life! I laughed so hard I cried, made life long friendships, fell in love with yoga and learned so much about how to take better care of my mind and body. I am looking forward to attending many more of their retreats in the future. ”

“ As a group of four friends we’ve experienced a few workshops and retreats over the years. I have to give Jessica kudos for making this one of of our best. Everything was beautiful from the location to the activities and most of all the teacher. To practice at the summit of a mountain with such spectacular views was definitely the highlight for me. “It was truly a “peak” yoga experience for us all, reaching new yoga heights at Kicking Horse Mountain in Golden! Jessica Pyper surely did “pick a peck of pretty perky peppered yogi peeps” to join her on a “rocky mountain high” adventure. Our “Golden Girl”, Jessica, was brilliant and true to her new moniker, not Golden girl as in “olden girl” but golden and glittery in her genuine sparkly, vibrant, and loving presence, as well as her knowledge and skill as a yoga teacher ( and unbeknowst to her, there were 4 certified yoga teachers in the crowd!!!) And we were all very impressed!!!!

The morning began with a ride up the gondola, then yoga on the sunny glass enclosed deck of Canada’s highest restaurant, with the 3-D panorama of the mountain peaks all around us! Hard to focus on your breath when the views literally took your breath away! This was followed by a delicious lunch in the gorgeous Eagle Eye restaurant. Then a hike led by Jessica, along spectacular ridges and trails… hard to watch your footing when the views were so stunning! The commaradarie and energy of the group was contagious and we had many laughs and so much fun. It was an amazing day of awesome kick-ass Kicking Horse yoga on the mountain with a brilliant, skilled and enthusiastic teacher! I would do it again in a heart beat and recommend it highly! Golden is very lucky to have such a great teacher! I wish I lived closer!!!!!!”
